Create a space for private calls within the floor plate

We received an initial design intent/briefing document from the Project Management Company and developed the scheme from there.

The design was well received and along with the proposal of re-using certain elements of glazing to ensure best value for money Bloc were awarded the project.

An extensive value engineering exercise was undertaken before the start of the project. We managed to reduce the overall costs and worked on the design so as not to dilute the overall look and feel. We also included reconditioned desking and task chairs to the open plan area. Not only is this a cost saving, but it is also a much more sustainable way of completing a project by preventing waste and reducing carbon emissions. Something that was very important to our client.
