Create a space preventing waste and reducing carbon emissions

We received an initial design concept from the professional team in the tender pack. The Bloc team returned a compliant bid, but also opted to go one step further and include a new design. This second design we developed around the existing M&E services. We considered the positioning of the internal fan coil units and provided a redesigned scheme to minimise the requirement for any alternations to the base build installation. We provided Value Engineering by reducing the scope to amend the services, and also a more unique and striking space.
